ARTS-Jonathan-KearneyJonathan Kearney is an artist and course director for the MA Fine Art Digital at the University of the Arts London.  He is married with three teenage children. He lived, with his family, in China for three years and continues to travel and teach internationally. Jonathan has held exhibitions of his art worldwide with shows in many cities including London, Seoul, Shanghai and Beijing.

ARTS-Ally30March-1Ally Ashworth is an artist creating installation, collage, print and photographic works who particularly enjoys working collaboratively.  She regularly participates in exhibitions and makes works for commission. Ally has initiated and directed community arts projects, working with people of all ages and abilities and within a variety of educational contexts. She has been appointed Artist in Residence in two contexts: an inner-city London community centre and in a school for the deaf in a remote area of Bolivia.

Media is the pulse of our communication networks and the development of social media in the last few years has seen a revolution in this sphere

However, the backlash has also been controversial and so this is a key area of our engagement as we seek to live both with Christian values and good communication skills in today’s culture.

Who is this sphere for? This is ideal for everyone creating and developing words, images and ideas for communication and connection online, through film or in print.

MEDIA-John Forrest is an award-winning TV and radio producer and director. In his extensive media career he has enjoyed staff roles ranging from the production of BBC Radio One, to chat shows and documentaries with the BBC educational television unit, through to gigantic Outside Broadcasts for BBC TV’s Songs of Praise. He has worked as a freelancer since 2001 and now enjoys a wide portfolio of media interests that incorporate broadcast, corporate and training activities. His activities in the media industry include mentoring and consultation for media professionals in producing and directing, research and creative thinking. John is the founder and director of the Insight Festival.
